The service leaves much to be desired. The availability online and the inventory do not correlate. My order was split and customer service never responded to my inquiries. Returns are not as easy as they say. 100% satisfaction is a applies only within 60 days. Customer service never replies to emails. After being on hold for 10-15 minutes, I was greeted by someone abrupt and rude. This has happened to me before. The answer to everything begins with either "we do not" or "no." Zappos accepts returns for one year. REI returns are good for one year. What a waste of time and money. Make sure you read all the fine print. This vendor is fine if errors are not made and if you make sure are certain about what you are buying. I receive one pair of shoes that are bigger than ordered and I am stuck.
