Isaay: I SAY Pathetic!

I'm a frequent online shopper, I would hope any online shopping network would be happy to have me as a client: I buy designer goods on a weekly bases! Which means spending $150-$1000 I love sites like Amazon, Zappos, Revolve Clothing, ShopBop, Piperlime! And I frequent their webpages. I also own my own business and I know how important it is to please customers! They will return and speak good of me if I treat them properly and serve them like they were my own family! Also It keeps them loyal! Isaay.com DOES NOT have my loyalty! I purchased a pair of shoes in two sizes so I could try them both on: I think this is common among online shoppers. I bought the shoes during a special that the website was having It was a 50% coupon one per customer, So I paid $150 for both pairs thats $300 total. Little did I know I would be penalized! I returned the pair that did not fit and today I received a phone call saying I would be charged a 50% restocking fee! And that the "paperwork" clearly stated I had 14 days to return them. I told them I had read all the fine print very thoroughly on purpose knowing that new sites tend to have fickle "fine print" and return policies. NO WHERE did I see this written! And I read it verrry Thoroughly! I'm sorry I would never have ordered them considering I was going to be out of town and so busy I would be unable to return them or even try them on within the time period that stated 90 days not 14 days! Isn't this the reason that anyone shops online? We dont have time to go shopping in a store?
