Scam!

I wish I had read these complaints before calling Ayo K and letting them take my TV away. Yes Alberto is a very sweet man and comes off very honest. The problem... I had called other services and when I told them my make and model and what Alberto said was wrong all estimates were $150.00 cheaper. I called next day and said I don't want you to fix my TV I will pick it up. I was told that they didn't know where it was and would get back with me. Well that NEVER happened.

I drove to their shop guess what it's not there! There is no such address. When I called they finally answered then hung up on me. My Cousin is a sheriff and even though I signed a receipt the TV belongs to me and since they weren't returning it it's called THEFT! The man that hung up had the nerve to text me how I was an undesirable customer so I texted him back with the FL statute and informed him if my TV was not at my house in an hour I was filing charges. They promptly brought it back to me. Now I'm just praying they didn't do something to it just to be spiteful.

Stay away from this company or any company that answers Affordable TV repair they are an answering service for certain repair places and are RUDE! The respectful TV repair man referred by a friend said never let them take your TV they should tell you whats wrong order parts and fix it in your home. Ayo K even had the nerve to ask me for $100.00 deposit thankfully I was smarter than that.
