Bidrack operates auction sites in Delaware and Vancouver, CA. The offer Free registration with a CC so you can purchase Bids and use them to buy items (usually cheap quality at inflated prices since the bids are expensive). They then charge everyone a $99 fee in a Bid package which is only explained in fine print. So many complaints are online against this company for hidden charges, using Beta testing on the customers and not delivering goods, stealing bids from user accounts, etc. My CC company has their hands tied and cannot help. Avoid them like the plague!
