On 6/21 they took out $49.95 - I was put on hold for 20 minutes twice - Finally got thru and was very upset. They refunded my money and I was given a cancellation number and they promised me it would not happen again. Today - it happened again. I have been promised a call back within an hour, but have not received a call as of yet. I had to change my account # - they are nothing but thieves - please do not fall for their scam.
