Shoes are 39.99 and so is the monthly fee that you are not aware of until you place the order. Once the order is placed an email is sent to you advisiing there is a 39.99 monthly fee for membership. There is not cancelling the item per the rep that answered the line she had two different name (btw) you have to have the order shipped to you then return it to them and there is a restocking fee of $5.95. Do not order from them they are crooks!!! Never again for me!!!
