I also tried this product on their introductory offer. I cancelled it in mid-April (having tried two products on the introductory offer). I called their 800 number several times, each time the recording stated I had "no pending orders". On May 31, I received an e-mail from that that my order had been shipped and my credit card charged. I called them and actually spoke to a human that stated I had only cancelled one of the two products. When the product showed up 2 weeks later, I immediately put it back in the mail on June 10, confirmed they received it June 13 by USPS tracking. Two weeks later I called to inquire as to my refund, first I was told they hadn't received it and after I gave them the confirmation number they told me it would be 10-14 days for my refund. July 6th I'm still waiting. I have sent several e-mails requesting information and got no response. Calling their 800 number is useless because IF you actually talk to someone, they are soooooo rude and blame you. The last person I spoke to kept putting me on hold when I didn't tell her what she wanted me to hear and blamed me for my refund delay. Do not deal with this company!!!
