I have a problem connecting a commercial oven. Their online ad said Oven Pride experts available for your solution. Two "experts" led me in circles for 4 hours because I refused to accept vague solutions and kept asking for step-by-step instructions that were never forthcoming. Finally the second expert referred me to www.ezdiyelectricity.com, and when I pointed out the absurdity of the Oven Pride expert referring me to a do-it-yourself website, he acknowledged that and apologized. After each frustrating session, the only options were to hit the button to "accept the solution" or start another session. I refused to hit the accept button, so I really don't know how I got out.
