To begin with this particular lady (older short grey headed lady) is ALWAYS mean to me. I always go out of my way to be nice to her always assuming maybe shes just having a bad day, well tonight she REFUSED to take $4 (thats four dollars) in quarters. She said it had to be rolled now how do you roll four dollars in quarters and I had cash to go with it. This is our corner store so we spend AT LEAST $75 a week at this store. I have gone out of my way to kid with her make her smile anything to make her act civil and she cant do that. Tonight she was cursing about somebody as they walked out and she was beating on the lotto machine because it wasnt working right for her. I dont know what her problem is with me but i was actually in tears tonight when I left that store needless to say we didnt get any gas there we took our business down the road and I willl let everybody know about this.

I have always been told that all money spends the same, how can she NOT except money. I looked for a 1 800 complaint line but there wasnt one posted where I could see it. I am usually on a bike and there is a store across the street but i have to cross a busy intersection and have almost been hit twice doing so because the lady was treating me so bad. Even after all the times she has gone out of her way to be mean I am still nice and I still pray for her but i think the line has been drawn when she wont except hard earned money. Hopefully this gets to an actual Hess representative because I will not stop letting people know how verbally and mentally abusive this lady is until something is done about the situation. What happened to the customer is always right i could understand if I was one of those horrible customers but that is not even close i treat this lady with the upmost respect because thats how i was raised. She works days and nights and all the other workers there are wonderful she could learn alot from them.
