Wrongful discharge due a dollar general trailer liftgate fire mechinal issue was still charged with it

Werner enterprizes discharged me for a liftgate fire due to the batterey box falling off the a dollar general and now they want me to wait 90 days for my last check if that is not a ripoff i do not no what is they have got all the stuff that was issued to me, i turned in the truck in springfeild, oh after i was let go 8 staps the oil everything went back i called them 7-5-11 and requwsted my final check the man in payroll said and i quote i will not get till after ninety days the new driver that has this truck goes out and tears up this rig i could get charged for. All new driver going to this company i would concider not going cause they do not care about anybody but there self. They lie, steal, and after 2 chargeable accidents which was not my fault i have prove it was not my fault with pictures and a pix, of the accident... So all you drivers watch out for this company, thnxxxx.
