Unauthorized charge on my credit card - taking too long to get credited back - should have been there the next day after I cancelled my subscription - 6/28 - they didn't hesitate to charge my credit card the $31.00 and it shouldn't take them a week to credit it back - I want all my subscriptions through them cancelled, but you can't talk to a real person, just a computer asking questions that they want asked. I wish they had people working there smart enough to answer the phone and provide good customer service. I want nothing more to do with them and their crappy service.
