Charges without consent

I bought a platinum associate for a few months speaking with him about the telephone and that I described him I'm likely to buy it only for 3 months. Our xbox was eliminated after a few months but XBOX reside continued receiving me without my permission they enrolled me on automated funds. While calling customer support they dont agree with providing reimbursement plus they place my phone without solving. You can't consider customers cash without their permission.
