A Laura Mitchellcalled to say our 20,000 dollar loan was approved. Then she said it must be insured by us sending 675.00 via a money gram. After papers were sent to us and signed and returned with all loan and percentage rate. The money was sent and we were told our loan would be deposited into our account within an hour. When this failed to happen we called back and was told they needed 450.00 more to secure the loan. That was done. Then we were told it would be in the bank the 17th of June. When it wasn't we called and was told they needed 450.00 more. At this point we said NO WAY. We demanded our money back and was told ok but it would take 25 days to get our certified check to us. The phone is now disconnected.
