CJ Anderson, AKA Chris Corniffe AKA Pink Video AKA XTC Media had sent multiple emails offering to sell us content for our production company. After several emails, samples and negotiations... He sent us an invoice and we sent a cashiers check for $22,800 from Bank of America on May 6. On May 16th we paid the second invoice by Wire for $16,080. Since that day we have been promised shipment of the products ordered, each time no delivery and instead excuses. Finally on May 29 we were told his bank froze his account because the wire we sent on May 16 was suspicious. I went directly to Bank of America and they said my account has been in good standing since 2006 and if there was by chance a problem with the wire THEY would be notified, and they were not. I have had my attorney contact the man, and he claims to have his own attorney, no replies, no responses and no sign of any attorney. I have been asking and demanding my money back for over a month now, and all I get is "waiting for my attorney to advise me what to do next". I have a 3 year old and a 2 year old girl, and I can not afford to have $39,880 stolen from me. This man is a pure conman and has stolen my money.
