Like an idiot, I ordered the real estate program he was promoting. Said I had up to a year to return it and get full refund ($99 for program plus $9.95 S&H).
Returned everything on 06/17 by certified mail. Even gave them my banking info to return my money to the account they took it out of. They received package on 06/20. Here it is 06/30 and have not received anything from them, not even an acknowledgement that they're in the process of refunding my money!
