HBBC sent material we requested. The program was fully guaranteed or our money would be refunded.
After trying the program and realizing it was not as promised or represented we returned the materials via certified mail/return receipt in like-new condition since the program had not been used. The materials were received by them. We expected a refund as promised up front.
A refund was never issued after numerous attempts to contact the company and inquire as to the status of our refund.
