I ordered a sample for $1.99 but didn't receive it. Two weeks later I received a full size bottle of the same product with a dispatch note but no cost attached. Another two weeks later another bottle (exactly the same) arrived. I checked my credit card yeaterday and found that Juvenu had taken two payments in addition to the first one, for $89.66 & $54.09, even though I hadn't agreed to this.
