When I signed up for a free trial I had to put credit card information in. My card was charged two fees of $99. I called to complain and they would only take one charge off. I decided to proceed with the scam auction. I won an auction. I had to pay what I bid and shipping charges, which I agreed to do. They said the product, an MP4 player, was shipped on 6/2, but it never came. I have called approximately 10 times and e-mailed 5 times and have been given the run-around each time—to follow through. I am out money and have no product.
