Purchased a AirPura Air Filtering system From Shop.com. Found the AirPura600 system not working to clear the air in my room. They promise a 30 day money back garuarntee. Well that is not true. They charge restocking fees for filter replacements etc..
This product within 30 days did not make any changes in our home according to what they claim. They didn't even think there product could be defective. They didn't even want to ge the extra mile to help with my issues. Shop.com does not disclose when purchasing your there return polices. You need to dig to find it. Be careful with dealing with both these companies.
