I returned 2 shipments after reading the ingredients, followed the instructions, and did receive a credit to my card after a couple of phone calls. The problem was that I received a third shipment before I could have even used the first trial and I also returned that following all the instructions and have not received a credit and i just called to inquire and the number is no longer in service. I should have
listened to my intuition and not ordered this product!
