I ordered Leanspa in early April... The diet and the cleanse. I was supposed to have a 2 week trial period. Before I had even received the product, my account was billed two charges of $79.99. I filed a complaint through customer service, got a return mail number, a cancellation number, and emailed customer service, etc.in other words, I followed all of their protocols for returns and reimbursements. I was finally issued confirmation numbers for reimbursement. That same day my account was billed another $79.99! I repeated all procedures again on May 31. I have yet to receive a reimbursement. I have now paid $239.97 for product which was never used. All shipments were immediately returned, unopened! What a scam!!
