Rude & No Return

I shop a lot at your store in Clarksville IN. I have 11 children, normally i have no problems. Except the last time, i spent close to 400.00 and the clothing unraveled and when i took them back to return them for different clothes i was talked down to and was told this isn't Penny's. I love your store but this was unwarranted and with 11 kids when i shop i want the clothes to last. I'm disappointed and if there is no resolution i will not shop there again, i'll go to American Eagle.
