Hollister shop in Cologne, Germany

Dear management team,
I was yesterday in the Holister shop in Cologne, Germany together with my 12 year old daughter and wife.
She was very excited we are from Munich which is 600 km away.
So i left them alone and grabbed some food with my son.
After coming back i saw her and my wife carrying around 13 pieces and no staff helping her.
At the cashier i asked for the store manager. A person named Lauren came she could only speak english no german she claimed. After letting her know the issue she said its 20 minutes until we close and there is not enough staff here and we will not carry your clothes.
She was very rude and acted very unprofessionally. I never saw an american businesswoman act in such a way.
I said to her that the abercrombie shop in duesseldorf takes great care of the customers and thats the same dompany right. She said that is a flagship store its not the same.

I am deeply disappointed and wont go back to the store.

Btw i spent 350 euros it would have been more if th management acted professionally.
