Frequent power outages

A week ago we'd three electricity failures - all-on stunning times - therefore not weather-related - June 16 for nearly 4 hrs, June 20 and June 21st. There's rarely per week that passes that I'm not resetting all my electronic lamps due to energy sugers or total failures or low-voltage. They never provide you with a reason whenever you contact. And when you're one-day overdue together with your cost, they send an extremely intimidating notice. Worst organization to cope with. I've existed in Pound Form for ten years and wanted I'd purchased a turbine since NYSEG is really ineffective.
