535 Biltmore Drive, in Va Bch, GS installed a/c and heat pump in 1999 to date there has been numerous service calls and it's always the same old line, the previous tech didn't do the job properly however that will be an additional 450.00 and we can put in a new part but that will take extra time to obtain so we can get it running on emergency power that will up your electric bill but that's all we can do then you ask for a supervisor and they show up but its still no big deal to them. There is a new born baby living there and what the heck we don't can we can even go to the bathroom right here in the back yard no one will ever know. This is just a few excerpts from a long list about this fly by night company that loves to BS the public and out a band aid on a balloon while the keep getting paid for NOTHING
