Extortion and Lies

I am being harassed for payment for a service I never had with Shaw Direct. Upon moving from my last address I had the service cancelled. But they claim I had it restarted after 6 months, which I never did. They never sent me a bill, and they don't have my current address. They have lied saying they sent bills by email, but I've never received a bill, I've never had any connection to SAT TV at my current address and I don't even have a SAT dish. It says right on their bills to call them for reconnection. I've never asked for it and never had it. Now all I get from them is the bill collectors calling for payment.

I don't know who these people are. I've tried to call Shaw Direct customer service but all I get from them is abuse and accusations that I am lying. This company should be listed as the worst in Canada. Shame on them for being so ridiculous and rude to me when trying to sort this out, when they are responsible for the error.
