Hi
i just applied for a loan my reference no. YES71806983.
Than very same day i cancel my application i spoken to one of Yes laon advisor but he didn't help me over this and they delibrately charged me 69.50 pounds for processing the application without telling me which is unlawful. I am totally not happy with the service they have provided. Could you please help me to refund any of charge they have put to my account. According to my understanding its a proper scam.
