BofA mortgage complaints

I made a mortgage payment in January. I just reieved my Febuary 2011 statment, it states that I did not make a payment in January. This is false, because I have prove that BoA did recieved and cash my check on January 6. Please get this correct. I do not understand why or how this could have happen, when all m even have a checking account with BoA, and pay all my with them. BoA even posted my check on the statment. This is not the first time BoA has tried to pull something on my mortgage. Banking is through BoA. It is really difficult to talk to someone over the phone, they just transfer you to other depts. Over and over. When you get to talk to someone, the next when you call, they don't know who that person is or they don't see any notes of what was done. I feel like BoA is trying to scam us. I'm pretty sure that I am not the only one.
