Read the terms and conditions, and it NEVER states that you will be charged $99 to become a "member". Was charged this fee three (3) times between 6/11 and 6/12. Have disputed these charges with my credit card company and have written Bidrack.com a letter requesting these charges be remitted to my account immediately.
