Before submitting my credit card information to Bidrack, I carefully read over their Terms and Agreements. Nowhere in it did it say that I will be charged $99 as soon as I submit my credit card information. I thought I could just buy bid packages after I signed up which I did for supposedly one penny but there is a. 29 processing charge tacked on. After I saw the charges on my account, I called them immediately and was told by Bidrack that the $99 notification was listed to the side of the credit card form I filled out. It was obviously small print and didn't catch my attention. I would not give business to this kind of company that doesn't provide a refund policy. I have unsuccessfully tried getting my money back ~ they are refusing. Please help!
