I have been corresponding with Bidrack regarding my $99 dispute. They said they sent my complaint to upper management regarding a refund, then they emailed me back and said they didn't see where I was defrauded. If I, being a intelligent individual, thought that I was starting an account in the event that I won a bid paid $99 to just look at the site and become a member then BIDRACK is a SCAM! I had no intentions of becoming a BIDRACK Bid Member. Had I known that is what I was doing I WOULD HAVE NEVER GIVEN MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! Bidrack needs to put on their site a warning that you will be joining their club for $99 to look at their site! Until that happens they will continue to SCAM individuals like myself out of $99.
