Sears lied

The repair guy lied that he fixed the dryer. Minutes after he left, it was not working.
He then blamed in vent cleaning. Got it done. We thought he fixed the appointment and sears freaking cancelled an appointment saying that we (customers) were supposed to call them that the part they ordered arrived. What kind of nonsense is this. I will celebrate when this lousy company closes down
