This site looks legitimate and if not affiliated to any government office, i lost my 189$ as the processing fee to print in a pdf file, which looks like the stupidest stuff i have ever did. Please request someone to actually fight for bringing down sites like this or have a rule stating that they are not an official site so that we dont get trapped, this immigration stuffs are very sensitive and vital info is grabbed from us, they can even use this to hurt people in future...
