This company fraudulently poses as the official U.S. Government site and tricks applicants into filling out their application. I did not actually apply for the desired service because I'm not within the time window yet, but they immediately charged my credit card with a fee of $159. I know the charge I'm supposed to pay once I'm ready to apply so I realized this is a scam.

Here are some recommendations.

Modify the application you filed immediately so they cannot use your personal info like ssn and dob for identity theft, tax fraud...

Have your credit card company detest the charges by filing a fraud report

File a Complaint with the BBB IC3 and FTC
