No Communication With Custome

Leaky washing machine. Said would come in 2 days & call re time. No one called & when I called—was told no one would be coming. Finally sent service man following week. Machine leeking again after he left. Was told he could not come back for another 2 days & they would call later that day to set up appt. No one called again. Tried for 3 days to call sure-tech but no one answered phone or returned my messages. Finally was contacted by servicemanhimself—not by the company! Would never advice anyone to deal with Sure-Tech Appliance Service! The word "SERVICE" should be deleted from their name.
