Top Ruined After One Machine Wash Despite Washable Label

I was on holiday in New York and on the whole I really enjoyed my shopping experience. However I brougt a David Bitton Buffalo top with machine washable instructions and after one wash the top was ruined with a hole and missing sequins. Only worn the top once very disappointed. Top details are lot#2702535 Kareena S/P CA 17311 RN 85706
