I called the message center in Louisiana to get my boss a message because I work nights and I would otherwise would not be about to get him a message my only message was to just get him a message to write me a letter switching accounts sounds simple right? Well the supervisor Phyllis W. Undermined and told me we can't do it and we can't make him give you a letter and I told her not trying to make you make him do anything just give him my message. She proceeded in accusations asking me do my floor manager know and I told her yes its' no secret. She told me implying that well they must be telling you no about switching which she was out of line. I really think that she was out of line and unprofessional and rude and too involved for just relaying a message. She then proceeded to say that she will email my boss and the recruiter to let them no it's not proper protocol for me to send a message. I told her where does the policy state I cannot send him a message about emailing me a letter to the recruiter. She then became more aggravated with me as I became more aggravated with her I as an employee should not be treated this way. She can't send him a message but she can send him a message that she can't message him what I ask for wow. Sad.
