Service sucks - Credit card

I have been a BOA CC holder since 2002. I've paid off over $20K in charges without ever a dispute. I was falsly charges $190 from a hotel that I cancelled my stay but an error on their end, it never processed so I disputed the charge. BOA never really defended me and said there is nothing they could do about the dispute. Of course they can, they are the CREDIT CARD COMPANY! I actually work in hotels and deal with disputes and am amazed by the disputes that they side with the card holder. So I called business services and spoke to Ray McCoy. He seemed very nice and helpful, saying that he would personally call the hotel to see if he can sway them and if not, he would adjust off half the charge as a courtsey. Well, neither ever happened, I never heard back from Ray or ever was able to get a hold of him. After coninuted calls that got no where and a late fee b/c I was expecting this to be adjusted off, I decided to just cancel the card as they obviously do not care about their card holders, especally once who has been one for 9 years. I also will never bank or ever use any of their financial services as this is indicitive of the way they handle their bread and butter.
