There was a listing on craigslist for an apartment at 401 College Place in Norfolk, VA. I was sent the information, and on 2/4 I sent the deposit. After that, I completed the payment, then I was told that I had to pay another fee of $200 for a condo fee. When the money was received, the keys were supposed to be sent. I never received the keys, and Dave and Joan Chadbourn said that fedex lost the package and I would be compensated. It is now June, and I have not received my refund. They are telling me to be patient, but I just want my money now
