Alan Disomma Con Man extraordinaire rented a unit to me (single mother of 3 kids) Long story short Mr Disomma rented me a condo 461 W Holmes Ave # 246 in Mesa AZ. The unit had no AC no water and the guy owed the HOA thousands of dollars. When the temperature reached 107 in the unit the I called the guy and he said I would have to fix the AC myself. I asked about the water, he stated if If I bought bottles he would let me take it off the rent!!! My babies and I are now living in a HOTEL and are homeless because this guy took my rent and deposit!!! And wont give it back!!! Come to find out the "LANDLORD" is a convicted MURDER!!! Ahhhhh!!! He also has drug charges and counterfeiting charges in Apache Junction AZ!!! The plumbing in the unit is totally broken and flooded the neighbors below DO NOT BECOME HIS NEXT VICTIM!!! You can go to the ARIZONA DEPT OF CORRECTIONS WEB SITE AND LOOK HIM UP!
