If you're coming to live on Maui, keep clear of Alan Muniz as your landlord. While living there, I was getting electric bills for $925.00 a month because Alan had a faulty hot water heater that ran all the time. Also, we had no hot water unless we wanted to go to the garage and enter a dirty, nasty, dusty closet to flip a valve that allowed the hot water to make its way to our shower. It took forever to get this fixed and I got screwed out of a lot of money renting from this joker. Stay clear of muniz!
