I placed an order on 06-02, paying for UPS 2nd day air delivery. It is now five days later and I have not received the item or any tracking information. I called the number on the web page for customer service/order tracking, was on hold for 15 minutes, the call was disconnected during a "call transfer, " with a recorded message saying the mail box at that number was full. I then emailed the address for customer service, which was returned as undeliverable. I found another address after searching the site and instructed them to cancel the order.
