Garmin GTU10 order shipped but no tracking number given

Ordered Garmin GTU10 1/2. Seven days later I used their chat function to inquire. The rep stated no tracking number available and they would email the tracking number within 48 hours. Two days later I called Customer service. The rep said the item had shipped on 1/3 but no tracking number. Two chat sessions and two emails that have not been returned and calls to customer service are put on hold and never picked back up. They refuse to cancel the order.
