Faulty Product-Credit Card Charged-Total Scam!

I ordered Office Professional 2010 as well as Adobe Acrobat (a total of $168) and neither product would install on my computer. They responded to my initial email about this and asked for a screenshot of the problem? Totally weird. So I took a screenshot of the message I was getting when trying to install both products and then never heard from them again. I've probably sent one or two emails a month for the last six months and no one ever responds. Now, when I try to go to their website, it seems it doesn't exits anymore. I was robbed of $168.
