Product Key Provided For Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Was Invalid

I purchased Microsoft Office Professional for $99 on Jan 6 from http://www.ebuysites.info/office-suites-c-3.html, order # 14885. I followed all of the instructions to create an installation CD. However, when I used the registration number that was provided, the following message appeared: "The product cannot be activated because the product key is not valid." I sent email to joyshoppingnow@gmail.com and requested help. I was told to remove and reinstall the software, which I did. But, I still got the same error. I again sent email to joyshoppingnow@gmail.com and was asked to send a screenshot of the error message which I did. There was no response. I since sent 10 additional emails, not of which were responded to. I want a refund of my $99.
