Cybersonic
The TV offer stated that I would receive a lifetime supply of replacement tooth brushes. Consumer fraud ripoff

I ordered two cybersonic toothbrushes after seeing an info commercial in August. The ad stated that if I ordered right now I would receive a free lifetime supply of repalcement brushes. The tooth brushes arrived shortly afterwards but no replacements.

Cybersonic stated that I had to pay "Shipping and Handling" so I agreed they billed my credit card and sent no replacement brushes.

Then in November the tooth brushs failed! Cybersonic told me to send them back and they would replace them. I sent them back and have never received a replacement.

Now with no power head Cybersonic is sending me the brush heads. They will not answer their e-mail, and claim no knowledge of their promises to replace the failed tooth brush.
