Worse Customer Service

I have had T-Mobile or many years now! Please this is a warning do not use T-Mobile unless you want to be put on hold for over an Hour to get hold of a CSR! These people just do not care about there customers. I am 55 yrs old and they are the worse I have ever saw in my life! So I am warning you now DO NOT GET T-MOBILE... Unless you like being on hold for over a hour every time u call them..
