My car has been repossessed due to Nate McClinton's lies and negligence as a human being. He completely ripped us off, lied to us, and has now ruined my credit.
Nate promised to take full responsibility for the transfer of my car to a person (with good credit) who would take over the lease payments. He also promised to pay in full any portion of any payment not covered by the third party to whom he gave the 2008 Toyota Prius.
This guy is a con artist, and has caused many people harm and stress. Like the other stories posted here, we were completely taken advantage of.
If anyone has taken legal action, please let me know. I just finally got the copy of the contract I've been waiting for for months, and would love to prosecute this guy. He can't be allowed to do this to anyone else, and we should all be able to recoup our losses.
