Nate McClinton promised a legal, safe contract to have someone take over my lease and insisted that Mercedes Benz Financial was one of his regular clients. At the time i signed over the remaining 15 months of my car lease to him and his company his company profile seemed safe. Presently my car is missing and he has given me a false address in Irvine, CA, said he cant pay the outstanding rent (2months) on behalf of his client although his contract confirms he will. At this point so far all his has said is that my car was possibly impounded, he cant get through to the client to pay the lease or know what the real story is, he has said this for over 12 days: " i cant do anything until i hear the real story"... He's buying time to rip me off. This will not go un noticed on many levels.
