GMAC charges extra monthly payment fees, on multiple listings on the policy, accident reports are placed in the wrong driver, if you have Onstar they use the Onstar mileage to over calculate your annual mileage and raise your rates. They file claims without your consent on claims less than 500 without hearing your side of the story and you are the one they are supposed to represent. They charge an enormous amount on a 6 month renewal. This makes nio sense since you are a current customer in the first place. They use false pretense of discounts because it taken up in one incidental fee after another. They repeatedly threaten to cancel the insurance by choosing a date that they know is not in your budget timeline on purpose (even though they say you can pick the date. They use previous carrier information even though they claims were settle by the old carrier, some are three to five years old.
